Our Claim Investigations Strategies & Insights presentation will focus on two themes. The first will cover investigative services and specifically, what options are available, when to use them, and most importantly how to leverage the information obtained during the course of an investigation. In addition, we will also attempt to provide some insight into our industry. The ultimate outcome of an investigation and return on investment depends on a solid partnership so we’ll discuss what we need to be successful as well as some of the challenges we face and how we overcome them because the better we understand each other’s role in the process the better partners we become.
